These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of the IN | OS (the "Platform"), including but not limited to its features, apps, and integrations, such as IN | OS, U-Aide, Spanish500, ShadowCare, and others. By accessing the apps or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

1.1. Ownership
All content, features, and functionalities of the Platform, including but not limited to software code, workflows, app designs, patents, trademarks, and copyrights, are the exclusive property of Leon Bellamy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1.2. Patents
The Platform and associated apps (including IN | OS, U-Aide, Spanish500, etc.) include patented and patent-pending features and functionalities. Unauthorized use, replication, or reverse engineering of these features is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

1.3. Limited License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal or professional purposes as outlined in these T&Cs. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the intellectual property of the Platform or its apps.
2. User Conduct and Restrictions

2.1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2.2. Prohibited Activities

    Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform or its apps.
    Using or distributing patented functionalities without prior written consent from Leon Bellamy.
    Replicating or leveraging proprietary workflows or AI-driven features without authorization.

3. Patents and Usage Rights

3.1. Patent Infringement Disclaimer
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you will not claim ownership of any features or workflows protected under Leon Bellamy's patents or pending patents.

3.2. Contribution to Patented Features
If you provide suggestions or feedback that improve patented or patent-pending features, you assign all rights to those contributions to Leon Bellamy.
4. Liability and Indemnification

4.1. No Liability for Patent Disputes
Leon Bellamy is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized use of patented features by third parties.

4.2. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leon Bellamy from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Platform, including violations of intellectual property rights.
5. Termination

5.1. Termination for Infringement
Leon Bellamy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform immediately if you are found to have infringed upon patented functionalities.
6. Confidentiality

6.1. Proprietary Information
You agree not to disclose, share, or misuse proprietary workflows, algorithms, or any patented or patent-pending features of the Platform.
7. Modifications and Updates

7.1. Platform Changes
Leon Bellamy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features, apps, or patented functionalities at any time without prior notice.

7.2. T&Cs Updates
These T&Cs may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
8. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes related to intellectual property or patents will be resolved in NC State Court.
