STATE FARM® ORIGINAL SCORE CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

THE 2010 "STATE FARM ORIGINAL SCORE CONTEST" IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE AMERICAN STATE OF TEXAS.
Do not submit an entry in this Contest if you are not a U.S. citizen residing in TEXAS at the time of entry. See below for further Eligibility restrictions.

Entry for the 2010 "State Farm Original Score Contest" (the "Contest") begins at 12:00:01 A.M. EDT on March 16, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. EST on November 14, 2010.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility. Contest submissions may be made by legal residents of Texas, who are affiliated with a high school music program and an official representative of the DESIGNATED HIGH SCHOOL. Employees of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("Sponsor"), KOZ Marketing LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiary companies, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising, sales promotion and judging agencies, and all other service agencies involved with the Contest and members of the immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) or households of any of the above are not eligible to submit entries. ENTRIES ARE MADE ON BEHALF OF THE HIGH SCHOOL DESIGNATED AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND PERSON SUBMITTING ENTRY IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRIZE IN THIS CONTEST. Void where prohibited. Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

SCHOOL’S ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE



GENERAL- Open enrollment charter high schools and public high schools, of a school district that is a member of the UIL and eligible to participate in UIL competition are eligible to participate.

SPECIAL SCHOOL- Schools whose students are primarily ones enrolled in the school because of physical, sensory or mental disabilities, yet are eligible to participate in a minimum of one UIL competition are eligible to participate

PRIVATE SCHOOL- Texas non-public school with membership in TMEA, UIL or an association recognized by the Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TEPSAC) to accredit non-public schools are eligible to participate.

REHABILITATIVE SCHOOLS- A school whose students are primarily ones enrolled in the school as part of a process of rehabilitation for law violation are not eligible to participate.
